Job Description

Document Scanner; Human Resources Dept. Temporary (450 hours est.)      OBJECTIVE:   This position will transfer paper documents to electronic files.  Scanning and filing will be under the supervision of the Personnel Manager.   QUALIFICATIONS:  Job qualifications are stated below as Essential Job Results.  The Essential Job Results are what the employee must be able to accomplish in order to be competent in the job.  Job knowledge / documentation required.

High School Diploma + 2 years office experience preferably in a similar service.  Ability to operate a Windows based computer and scanner and work proficiently in Word, Excel, and Access.   Organizational, writing and reading skills.  Must be able to learn and follow  a complex filing system.  Experience handling confidential documents and understanding related responsibilities. Attention to detail is very important.  Occasional moderate lifting of stored records, not weighing more than 50lbs.  Familiarity with the Bristol Bay area, people and cultures and land use patterns is desirable.  WAGE:  $20.00/hr. REPORTS TO:  Personnel Manager   DUTY STATION:  Dillingham Central Office Closes: March 20, 2020.
