Family and Community Partners Manager; CDD
OBJECTIVE: Coordinates FCP services for Head Start Center Coordinators and CCDF providers in Bristol Bay. Primary responsibilities include implementing and monitoring compliance with Head Start Performance Standards, and CCDF final rule. Act as the lead on the Tribal Early Learning Initiative (TELI) and participate as a member of the CDD management team.
QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must demonstrate their ability to accomplish the Essential Job Results stated below. Job knowledge / documentation required: Demonstrated work experience which shows exceptional organizational skills and an ability to motivate people and develop effective working relationships. College level degree in Rural development, Family Services or closely related field and management experience including supervision. Related work experience may substitute college education at BBNA discretion. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria of the Alaska Barrier Crimes regulations as a prerequisite to hiring; background clearance check including fingerprints. State required health documentation, CPR/First Aide. Familiarity with Bristol Bay area, people, and culture.
