Head Start Home-Based Program Assistant Part-Time – Togiak
OBJECTIVE: Assist in implementation of the Togiak Home Based Head Start program in accordance with Head Start Performance Standards. Under supervision of the ECE Specialist, assist in providing Home Based services and work with Content Managers for Education and Disabilities, Wellness, and Family / Community Partnerships to develop and implement each component into Togiak’s Home Based program.
QUALIFICATIONS: Job knowledge/documentation required. Minimum High School graduate. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria of the Alaska Barrier Crimes regulations as a prerequisite to hiring including fingerprints. Demonstrated abilities: Excellent written and verbal communications skills; establish and promote effective working relationships. Computer skills: Word processing, data entry, internet, email. Familiarity with the Bristol Bay region, culture, lifestyles, and rural Alaska service delivery.
Preferred: Associate in ECE. Experience implementing Early Childhood Education services. 1 year of experience in an early childhood setting.

WAGE: $18.89-$24.22
