Located in the south east portion of Chignik Lake, one third mile north of the Village of Chignik Lake, Alaska. This parcel has a creek flowing through it with undulating hillside rising 50 to 100 feet above the lake; vegetation consists of wild grasses, berry bushes and alder.  The balance of the land is adequately drained and sited for construction.  The beach is sand and gravel covered with approximately 920 feet of lake front. Building improvements include a two story building w/basement and outbuildings which are included with the established Lindholm Lodge which can hold up to a maximum of six guests. Entry onto the subject is via lake with boat and float plane during the summer and winter.  In the winter snow mobile is also used for access this parcel. There are five different species of salmon and fish which live in the lake year round.  The soil in well drained areas is suitable for roads and all types of structures. The best use of this land is determined to be residential/recreational.  No public utilities are extended to the subject, electricity is provided by a generator, there is a septic system on site and there are no zoning or taxes for the subject.
