Bristol Bay Youth Leadership Forum Bristol Bay Native Corporation (BBNC), in partnership with UAF Bristol Bay Campus, United Tribes of Bristol Bay (UTBB), and Bristol Bay Regional Career and Technical Education (BBRCTE), invites Bristol Bay School District students and BBNC Shareholders and descendants in grades 9-12, to apply to participate in the 2024 Bristol Bay Youth Leadership Forum (BBYLF)!
BBNC shareholders and descendants enrolled in high school that are living outside of Bristol Bay are also eligible to apply.
BBYLF is an opportunity for students to:
-Engage in cultural activities Build and strengthen leadership and teamwork skills Participate in dialogues about current issues impacting Alaska Native communities
-Attend presentations that focus on community initiatives Network with other youth and community leaders
-Learn about work readiness skills and college and vocational career opportunities
-Earn college credit
